I had a lovely stay in this hotel. The hotel facilities were well-kept and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, being in a great area with convenient transportation options. Additionally, the hotel staff provided excellent service, making me feel welcome during my visit.
Almost perfect, but there was one aspect that could be improved.

Within walking distance, there are famous plazas and neighborhoods to explore. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and frigos. Staff is kind and efficient, willing to accommodate guests' needs, even when they forget personal items in their rooms.
The hotel's Wi-Fi connection is not reliable, making it difficult for business travelers to get work done efficiently.

Had a weekend to remember! Great location, just a few minutes’ walk from two of the most important landmarks in the city. The room was spotless and the beds, oh the beds, heavenly! Loved the little toiletries, they came in handy. The view was magnificent, and we could even see some of the skyline. The staff was polite and friendly, always ready to help. Plus, the mini-fridge was a lifesaver!
The internet was not as powerful as it could be. It was quite hard to access some websites and streaming services.
